I have to write a functional specification document, for a Physical Inventory doc. print-out in EWM. As it is about standard, without any other formulated additional requirements, I decided to write a description and generic information and attach a sample. ...but I can't, as I do not yet have access to Sandbox and configuration is not open in Dev.
Can somebody help me with a sample of standard EWM Physical Inventory print-out document ?! I need generic and simple.

Hi,
I have setup POSC, the steps are Deconsolidation, Quality and Putaway. When Unloading and GR is completed, the system automatically creates two tasks:
a. since it is not mixed pallet, deconsolidation is skipped.
b. GRZONE to Quality bin with active status
c. GRZONE to Quality bin with waiting status
I have confirmed the active task, completed the UD in the quality workcenter and completed the HU process step. After which, system changed the waiting task as below:
d. Quality bin to Quality bin with active status
I was expecting the final bin to be proposed. Any help would be great.

I am trying to receive a HU using Inbound delivery but facing an issue in creating EWM Inbound delivery. I can see the IDN but not able to create EWM Inboud delivery both manually and automatically using PPF. I can do this for ERP Inbound deli containing products, not HU. If I do it for HU I get the following message
Activity "Set Version to Active" is not permitted; reason: status "Blocked (Inconsistency)" has value "Yes"
I did use an external ID when creating Inbound delivery and packing status shows it is completely packed in ERP. I am not sure what's wrong. I checked under Validation tab in IDN screen, it says Header was saved inconsistently with red status. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

We have a scenario of creating Inbound Delivery, Pack (HU), GR and Putaway via an interface in EWM from an external system. Basically the transaction of /scwm/grpi and /scwm/prdi. I found this below thread which is little old. Could you please confirm if this is the only process or is there a better solution.

Hi,
We I am using SN='A'. I create a IBD in ECC and I see the delivery in EWM. Now I want to receive this delivery in RF. In the RF, I do not see any screen or field where I can enter/scan the serial number. Pls let me know if I am missing anything.

Hi,
I am new to EWM and I have a requirement to Create HU and Pack HU. For Create HU, I am using FM /SCWM/HUHDR_CREATE however for Pack HU I am unable to find any FM? The closest one I found was /SWCM/PACK_UNPACK however for this I need source HU which I don't have. In ECC, there used to be BAPI_HU_PACK however I cannot find this in EWM system.
Please let me know if you know of any other FM for Pack HU?

Currently we need DC-DC transfer , so same DC can act as vendor and same can act as Customer , but in SCM system if we create one as Vendor it is not allowing to add CRM002 to same BP and vice versa.

I'm starging to work with EWM now and I need your help in an issue bellow:
We have a Cross Docking Process here, where the same Handling Unit when arrives at warehouse is associated a PDI Document in fied Stock Reference, and after creation the picking task "Process Type 201" the system automatically change the reference to PDO document that is created.
I don't know how its happen but I have some HU whithout this reference, so I can't remove this HU through goods issue because the system need a reference to do this process.
Somebody know how Can I associated manually the PDO document to a HU ? Is there some transaction where I can do it ?

hello Members,
To my surprise, I don't see the CHBA exception available in my EWM system. I am on an EWM 910 system, SP level 3 (however that I guess should not matter too much).
The CHBA exception is not available in the customizing. All other exceptions seem to be available.
However, when I checked another system (same version but in a totally different landscape), the same is available.
Any clues on what could be reason for this?

I have a handling unit with open warehouse task. This open warehouse task is used at the time of shipping day. I have to move this handling unit to different location for some reason. Because of the open task i am not abe to move this HU. Is there anyway to solve this?

I created a Bin Manually with T Code /scwm/LS01
The Bin does not have any stock etc.
Problem is that i am not able to delete this Bin neither /scwm/LS02 nor /scwm/LS11.
System giving me error
I tried to repeat same for other newly created Bin but same error.

I'm trying to use this PPF but it isn't work fine.
I access the transaction SPPFCADM and verify that alread been the customizing for this PPF, but I'm trying to insert the parameters for my documents or warehouse and I'm not finding the field to fill.
I saw there is some customizing in EWM > Cross Process Settings > Delivery Process > Action , but I dont understand how to use the customizing.
I want to create my warehouse task after packing status and I tried to create the conditions table with this field but I dont have success. Ths system not allowed create the table condition.
If somebody has some document where can I try to follow would be nice or any asnwer will help me.

ASN quantity is 100 PCS in 10 HUs and received quantity is 95 PCS, which makes short of 5PCS.
I have done simple unloading of all 10 HUs. During goods receipt process in /SCWM/GR, one of the HU was short of 5 PCS. Hence I was entering exception code I001/I002, to reduce the quantity. Here error message comes "Quantity adjustment is not possible due to confirmed quantity".
Is there any configuration needs to be done or any process has to be followed to resolve this,

we use POSC in outbound process with the following steps:
After pick confirmation (Tx /SCWM/TO_CONF) in the destination HU from Packproposal, the destination hu contains the open external step NORM. If we close the step on our workcenter (workcenter has step NORM in customizing, Tx /SCWM/PACK), the HU still has NORM as external step but the is closed and a HU-Warehousetask is created (via QRFC) to destination bin PG00-0 with external step PBGP.
After confirming this WT the HU is posted to PG00-0, but still has the closed external step NORM.
I would expect that the HU get external step PBGP with WT creation or with WT confimation.
Did I forget some customizing?
I am on EWM 9.1.

beacuse now i use EWM , the packing master data is maintained by ERP, the capacity maintained by EWM,
when the master data send to EWM from ERP,the capacity field is bank. how to solove it?
