SMQ2 error HUSELECT005

Hi

 

I have a WM system with stocks inclusing of HUs because one of my WM managed storage location is also HU managed.

 

Now, I have converted WM storage locations to EWM and removed HU management indicators were earlier HU managed and completed all necessary configurations and system is working smoothly (i.e. any inbound/outbound deliveries created in WM managed storage locations are now being distributed to EWM and vice versa along with HUs created either in ECC or EWM systems)

 

I have uploaded the stocks to EWM system using transaction /SCWM/ISU without an update to ECC system. The stocks uploaded are inclusive of HUs existing in ECC stocks.

 

When I am trying to issue the HU stocks (which are newly uploaded to EWM) against any customer outbound deliveries using pick WT and do PGI in EWM system, I am seeing the an error (HUSELECT005) in SMQ2 of ECC system for the outbound delivery.

 

HUs I have chosen for picking are existing in WM system as SUs (in LQUA table) and also in EWM system (uploaded using ISU transaction.

 

Am I wrong anywhere here.

 

Depleting the stocks from WM system and then connecting that storage location to EWM system and then uploading hte stocks again into EWM system might work for me but SAP has already provided direct stock upload using ISU transaction without disturbing the ECC stocks.

I have following this direct stock upload to EWM system.

 

Would you please help me in resolving this issue.

Run time error while Creating IDN and Inbound Delivery

Hi All,

 

I am getting Run time error while creating Inbound Delivery Notification from Inbound Queue and Inbound Delivery from IDN

 

After debugging i come to know that system is looking for Patch Level SAPKNA7026 but in my system Patch is upto SAPKNA7022

 

Is there any OSS notes available to deactivate/resolve this run time error ? I tried 0001798794 Deactivation of hierarchical access functionality but system is still giving me run time error

EWM 9.2 Schedule Staging for Production

Dear Experts

When I try to run the production supply, system does not find the Production Material Request.

Checking the Doc status related to staging are blank

I have activate the Status Profile

/SCWM/PWR

/SCWM/PWR_CMP_CO

/SCWM/PWR_CMP_SO

/SCWM/PWR_OCP

Resend another Production Material request, but still not updating with NOT started.

 

any suggestions?

 

/SCWM/PSASTAGE - Assign Bin to PSA/Product/Entitled in Warehouse Number is updated.

Smartform for EWM Shipment

Hi,

 

I am new to SAP EWM.

How to check for the smartform in EWM for shipment i.e. t code /SCWM/TU.

My requirement is to assign the create a BOL smartform and assign it at the time of 'Check out', after the delivery is assigned.

I also wanted to know whether is there any Driver Program for Shipment BOL Smartform.

Inventory in ECC is not updating against STO, after Goods issue in EWM

Hi Experts,

 

Pls throw some light and give me inputs in solving my issue.

 

My Scenario is STO (Plant to Plant within comp.code) integrated with EWM:

 

1. Created STO: (Supplying plant/sloc and Receiving plant/sloc are EWM managed)

2. Created Outbound delivery: Distributed successfully to EWM

3. Done the all activities in EWM like Picking, Loading & Goods issue

4. In ECC stock is not reduced and no update of Mat.doc/indbound, and still the ECC Outbound delivery is in open status

5.If I want to try post MIGO wrt Outbound or STO PO is also not possible as my Outbound delivery is greyed out (once its distributed, its not allowing to change).

 

Thats how I got struck. Dont know what to do, If I am right I followed the correct process.

Mapping handling unit IDs to material numbers

Dear Gurus,

 

I want to map handling unit IDs to material numbers (MATNR from /SAPAPO/MATKEY). How can I do this? Which tables do I need to join with /SCWM/ORDIM_C?

 

I found attribute MATID in table /SCWM/ORDIM_C which contains 32 digits and is a hex code. There's also an attribute MATID in /SAPAPO/MATKEY but this one has 22 digits and is a string.

EGR UoM is not same as PO UoM

Hi All

 

Units of measure for my EGR document item is not same as PO item UoM. It is taking Base Units rather.

Is there any SAP Note for this to happen.

I have corrected similar requirement for deliveries (ERP delivery Units were not same as distributed EWM delivery units) using SAP note 1600868.

SAP QM-EWM - Inspection Lot not generated in ECC

Hi Gurus,

 

Need your advice with QM-EWM integration.

 

We are trying to generate an Inspection lot "01" in ECC while using EWM as our Warehouse.

 

Material is not HU managed so the trigger of IL should be via Good Receipt. If material is HU managed the inspection lot trigger is via Inbound delivery HU assignment.

 

 

The following has been done:

  • Material is QM active "01" not HU set up in ECC
  • Material is assigned to an Inspection Plan in ECC
  • We do not have QIE in place
  • SLOC used does not require HU

 

Below is the process.

  • Purchase Order is created in ECC
  • Inbound delivery is created in ECC and distributed in EWM
  • GR happens in EWM and reflects in ECC

 

 

The question now is it possible to generate an Inspection lot in ECC even if GR happens in EWM? w/o EWM the scenario is generating Inspection lots.

Non-location dependent stock type

Hi,

 

SAP help mentions, "the SAP ERP system only recognizes the stock types FF,QQ,RR,BB. You can define other location-independent stock types in EWM, if you do not need to communicate them to the ERP system".

 

Based on this I created a custom stock type "F3" which is mapped to custom location-independent stock type "ZZ".

 

With Tx /SCWM/POST, I tried to postt F2 stocks to F3. System threw an error, ERP does not support stock type ZZ.

 

How can we make this work without posting to ERP.

How to transfer Customized Field Values to EWM through CIF

Hi,

 

We have developed one customized view in the material master in ECC 6.0. In that view, there is one customized field whose value needs to be transferred to EWM system using CIF (Core Interface). From the functional point of view, do we have to make any configuration for the interface for that customized field? Please suggest the configuration steps so that the customized field value should be transfered to EWM.

Warehouse task creation

Hi Experts,

 

I am beginner in SAP EWM.I am trying to create one inbound process.

 

I have created inbound delivery and trying to create the ware house task.

 

In which I am not getting any error and can able to create the task successfully.

After I click on button create+save in the message I can see a warehouse order number is created.

But when I go for confirmation it is given a message that selection produced 0 result.

 

Also in the monitor also I cant see any ware house task or order.

 

Can any one guide me on how to resolve this issue.

WOCR selection error

Hi Experts,

Need your help in the following situation.

During stock removal I want WTs to be assigned to WOs as per two different rules.

 

Say in our system we have:

1 pallet = 10 EA

Available stock:

Bin i: 5 EA

Bin ii: 10 EA

Bin iii: 10 EA

 

Stock to be removed: 18 EA

 

Ive maintained two WOCR in the following sequence:

WOCR 1: Filter: Only full pallet withdrawal

WOCR 2: Filter: No restrictions

 

While execution 3 WTs are being created:

WT 1: 5 EA from Bin i

WT 2: 10 EA from Bin ii

WT 3: 3 EA from Bin iii

 

So im expecting these WTs to pass through the filters and get me 2 WOs:

WO 1: WT 1, WT 3

WO 2: WT 2

 

But WOCR 1 is not getting triggered at all and all 3 WTs are getting assigned to one WO via WOCR 2.

 

Please Suggest.

Check unloading completion before Goods receipt

Inventory issue in ECC - EWM

Hello Experts,

 

We have a issue regarding with the stock of finished product, the business requirement is that  we need move partially stock finish product from ECC at IM level to EWM because the customer have direct distribution from Production Plant  to final customers, this the reason why need to move partially EGR's from Production Order, since we already know that link to storage location (ECC / IM) <-> EWM are blocked by structures reasons, we must move 80 % to EWM and the 20 %  move to ECC  at IM level..

 

The questions if somebody know that the way you can follow?

 

We are try to use the Inbound deliverys for open purchase orders but the customer think that the process is not practical for the operations...

 

Please help us to clarify is possible another solution?

EWM: Annual Physical Inventory Issue

Hello together!

 

I'm looking for cute (use SAP default) solution for the following problem:

For a EWM warehouse in Turkey it's possible to do Ad-hoc physical inventory for products during the year. Nevertheless it's necessary to do a complete annual physical inventory due to legal regulations. But the SAP default provides message "Storage bin XY was already inventoried in the physical inventory year" when trying to start the annual physical inventory.

Is it possible to avoid this message and proceed the annual physical inventory? Is it possible to delete the Ad-hoc physical inventory results to be able to start the annual physical inventory? I found transaction "/SCWM/PI_COMPL_DEL" to delete completeness data sets?!?

Warehouse management issue

Hello Experts,

We are transferring material from storage location to storage location by movement type 311.

Both the storage locations are assigned to the same warehouse.

Can any body guide me through the process as well as the configuration settings.
