Hi All,
What is the standard suggested way to do counting and QI in the Outbound process in EWM? I did not find any IOT for Outbound inspection and neither is there an external count/QI step in POSC for outbound.
Any pointers on this will be a great help.

After an IDN arrieved at EWM box, we can activate it and inboud delivery generation. My question is, if inbound delivery is deleted, how to recreate a new inbound delivery with IDN? Thank you.
Dear, all, During implementation of SAP EWM, we face with process which required interaction integration of statuses with ERP Sales order and Outbound delivery, but in standard EWM scenario this integration possible only via goods issue and EWM outbound delivery or with IDOC in outbound transports, but we don’t use outbound transport and statuses we need before goods issue, any experiences in such processes?
Scenario:
1. Manager create Sales Order and delivery in ECC
2. Warehouse pick and pack goods, in real time we need transfer statuses to ECC from EWM by each position.
3. Based on statuses manager correct Sales order and issue Invoice for customer, or replace missing position by creating new delivery in ECC for the same Sales order;

SAP help says:
"Providing you are using SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM), you can trigger kit to stock through corresponding planning in ERP (or APO). In this case, production orders in ERP are used as a basis for creating inbound and outbound deliveries. These deliveries are then sent to EWM, where a value-added service order is created."
We are considering this scenario, but our ERP system works with process orders only.
Can this functionality be achieved for process orders as well without development?

I try to perform following test:
I create an inbound delivery in ERP system with MB1C:
After this I perform the packaging by using VL32N:
At the end I distribute this delivery to my EWM System by using of VL06I:
So when I switch to EWM system, I can find my inbound delivery:
As the next step I try to change the default Warehouse Process Type but for some reason even it an editor modus it is not possible:
Why is this change not possible? Do may be someone has any hits?

I am processing my wave as a warehouse manager, which may contain over 100 items. How do I know that the 100 items are completed (Picked, Packed and at the door). I looked into the warehouse moniter, under wave (good issue, all three nodes) and none of them seem to give me information as to if my wave is completed.
It appears the wave number is entered in the work order task header for the task that were created for the wave, the wave number does not follow through to all new task to completion of the process. Thus when I use warehouse monitor it does not pull up all of the task associated with the ODO, but only pulls the limited task that were release with the creation of the task via /scwm/wave.
The question I am trying to answer is, How do I know when my WAVE is ready to be shipped?
Is there a way to deactivate auto printing of TO for some storage bins ? If yes then can you please tell me step by step configuration?
If no then how can we deactivate auto TO printing for the Storage type ?

And then when I try to save my changes I always get following error:
Off course the posting of the changes cannot be performed in this case...
Had someone simular issue by performing of the Ad-hoc PI?
Which parameter has to be transferred?

Hi Experts,
When Production order is released or updated for MTS or MTO, we are carrying out picking activity.
This activity creates required HU but it does not determine the drop point on RF gun as well as does not create drop point task automatically.
If anyone has come across similar issue or handled this earlier, then your information shall be of great help.

When i am trying to maintain an entry with Queue name ( DLV*, EWM* & QM* ) in ERP system through Tcode SMQE, there is no drop down value of P to maintain as "Event ID".
Also when i am trying to maintain the following entries,
Queue Name : EWM*
Event ID : 3
FM : /SPE/QUEUE/DISPLAY/TOOLS
EXEMODE : D
USERDEST : <blank>
I am getting the following message " Event function not available " and unable to register the event.
Please help me with your inputs.

Hello,
In order to change the layout of an existing screen ( delete some fields, add others), I copied the screen into a new one and I performed the customising tasks.
Now the new screen is displayed correctly, the problem I have is that the fields I added where not populated with the data, despite the fact that I did the necessary Binding and in the debugging inside my pbo I can see that data source contains the value needed to be displayed.
Did I miss something?

Hi All,
I am sending Inbound delivery from ECC to EWM. In that, I am also sending the Over and Under delivery tolerances (percentage) at the line item level. When I try to increase the quantity of the IBD line item, system is considering the tolerance limits and giving an appropriate warning message.
My Question is: When I am trying to do the same receipt on RF and enter a quantity more than the over delivery tolerance limit, the following system behavior is noted
1) When I am entering an over delivery quantity in the 'New HU' section, system is giving an error that delivery qty is exceeded. It is not considering the tolerance limit at all.
2) Lets say we go past the new HU creation screen by entering the exact quantity, then in the next screen I get the option to 'ChgQty' of the HU. There system is letting me change it to any quantity and is not checking the tolerances.
So why is there I difference in function on desktop Vs RF? Is this the standard behavior?

Hi Guys,
I configured Slotting process in my system to update Putaway and Picking indicators in Product Master and when I run slotting in background, apart from updating Putaway and Picking Indicators, system is updating Planned Putaway and Picking indicators also. The save option, I used is "Save and Activate Results."
Is there any way, I configure system, so that Planned Putaway and Picking indicators doesn't get updated and only Putaway and Picking indicators gets updated in Product Master?

- Staffing (Building a staffing model around demand)
What are some of the reports/queries that are available in SAP EWM to retrieve data regarding this for further analysis?

I am getting the following error message in EWM (related to IBD) when I post a goods receipt against process order in ECC. 'Product type and item type catch weight relevance do not match'. The inbound delivery is getting stuck in SMQ2 with this message.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? What was the resolution?

Dear Experts,
I've created and distributed an inbound delivery from ERP-System to EWM-System:
As you can see this inbound delivery contains a HU (number 199129).
But when I check the table of Inbound Delivery Items (/SCDL/DB_PROCI_I), there are no HU to find...also other inbound delivery items do not contain any HU number:
Why are there no there? Where can I find the assignment of a HU to Inbound Delivery ?

in the following situation i want to execute a stock removal and the following problem appears:
When the warehouse task for stock removal will be created, the layout-oriented storage process control creates two warehouse tasks:
The first warehouse task is MFS relevant and will be automatically confirmed by the resource (Telegramtraffic).
The second warehouse task (not MFS relevant) stays in status "b" and can´t be activated. But it has to be confirmed manuelly by the user and because of status "b" it´s not possible for the user to confirm the warehouse task.
Why will the second warehouse task not be activated? Do someone know any hints to clear this situation?

Dear experts,
i use the advanced production integration of EWM 9.2 and i have staged some materials in the PSA.
Now i want to execute the "Consumption by Production" and i am looking for the Desktop UI.
The official SAP documentation just contains a path in the NWBC menu which doesn´t exists:
EXECUTE --> Consumption by Production --> Consumption by Production
Can someone tell me why this path doesn´t exists in my menu?
Primary i am interested in the tcode for the UI to post consumption by production.
