Does any one know the FM or BAPI to "Generate Outbound Delivery for TU" ?

Manual process:

T-Code /SCWM/TU

Enter TU number (Transportation Unit) and then select the record.

Next go to the menu "Transportation Unit" and click on "Generate Outbound delivery for TU".

It will create Final outbound delivery for each ODO (Outbound delivery order).

Now my requirement is to do the same pragmatically. So if any one can tell me the Function module or BAPI for the same it will be a great help.

How can I create a product-LB with different HU-Types

Dear experts,

 

I have the following situation:

 

I have different HU-types defined in my customizing.  When i try to create a product-LB from HU 123163 (HU-Typ 12) to 100005 (HU-Typ 11) the result is that the system packs HU 123163 into 100005. But I want an empty HU (123163) and a HU (100005) with the stock of the source HU.

 

 

Did someone know what kind of configurations i need to do?

Change storage type of a storage bin

Hi,

I need to know if it is possible to change the storage type of a storage bin or it is neccesary to create the new storage bin in the correct storage type (LS01N) and then delete the old one (LS02N).

Outbound delivery replication

  Hi Experts,

 

   I made settings for production integration with EWM system and created production order and staged it.

   It created an outbound delivery at ECC side and the same is distributed to EWM but got struck in queues.

   I am expecting the posting changes document to be created for this case. Which is not crated and showing

   below messages in queues. "Could not create header data delivery XXXXXXX, system XXXX"  Message no. /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION012

   Warning messages:  No date/time type found for ERP date/time WSHDRKODAT /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION 5

  

   Please suggest me in this issue what interfacing i could be missing.

I am looking to create a table containing the two data elements listed below.

&

/SAPAPO/MATNR

 

I have been unsuccessful so far. I thought I would post here in hopes of someone being able to offer a quick fix in lieu of me spending too much time on this.

System could not determine source storage bin using qty classification

Hi,

 

I was introduced by a friend of mine to register here, and was actually a fan since this forum is very very helpful for beginners like me.

Pardon for my question, perhaps this was raised before, but would really need your expert advise. I'm working on stock removal using qty classification.

The scenario is to see whether Determine Storage Type Search Sequence for Stock Removal is working for loose -1, carton - C and pallet-P.

I have created an order with 102 units, packspec is created with qty classification - where 100 ea is one pallet, 20ea is 1 carton. During wave release,

only one WT is created and that is for the full pallet of 100ea, the loose qty of 2ea ended up always with an error system could not determine source

storage bin. we've checked everything but system failes to see the inventory of the loose qty.  Please advise what to do, perhaps Im missing some config or settings.

 

To add on the transaction that I have done, below is the wave log:

I need to compile a list of customers - official references and not official - who use eWM in ecommerce warehouses/DCs.  These can be dedicated ecommerce DCs or in operations where both traditional retail store replenishment and ecommerce are combined.

Physical Inventory Issue!

Hi All,

 

Activated  a Low Stock Check in Physical Inventory and  this low stock check should trigger a counting during picking which in turn should trigger a physical inventory document

 

Please let me know how to achevie it

 

Steps Maintain

 

1. Created Physical inventory area and assigned the activty area for the same.

2.checked the LS check in Physical inventory.

 

3. Maitnain the Threshold qunatity of 3 for the same.

4. Done the Adhoc for the same activty area maintain but still unable to achevie the same.

 

Let me know how to i go for the same.

Query on Cartonization Planning

Hi Gurus,

 

I am trying to activate cartonization planning. So far, I am getting PSHUs created and getting right results as far as creation of PSHUs goes.

But once I get PSHU, is there any way to convert them as it is to final SHU? I tried to use /scwm/pack or used tcode scwm/cap but i have no clue if there is any option of converting PSHU to final SHU.

 

Appreciate any pointer or inputs on this.

Condition records for Print HU

Hello Experts,

 

I have a requirement where I want to print HU content label.We will be programming to print HU content in ascending or descending order(due to some specific business requirement).I will be creating two action definition which will be assigned to two smart forms that will be programmed to print content in ascending and descending order respectively.

When I create condition record for two action definition system is going to print both.I want the ability to choose the condition record to print HU Content in ascending or descending order manually. here is no specific criteria that I can define in condition table and users will decide manually which condition record they want to print.

 

Is that possible that when I click on print HU in work center, system can give me option to select which condition record I want to process?

Hi Experts,

 

I have configured production integration scenario for two ewm managed warehouses. So, one ewm managed warehouse is for warehouse and another ewm managed warehouse is for production supply area. So, when i stage the components for pick parts from CO02 after releasing production order - it is creating outbound delivery in ECC and the same is getting distributed to EWM but showing below error log - which is causing to get struck in inbound queues.  Please help me in this issue.

 

Log:

Could not create header data delivery 0080001063, system ERP_001

An error occurred during validation of the object

Cannot create item 000010 of delivery 0080001063 from system ERP_001

Field Item: Production Supply Area is a required field for the action 020

Cartonization planning with 2 level packaging specification

Dear Gurus,

 

We have packaging specification maintained for a product with 2 level.

Level 1 pallet. Maximum weight and maximum volume of the pallet maintained.

Level 2 case.  Maximum weight and maximum volume of the case maintained.

The pack spec is determined for the cartonization planning.

Standard Algorithim profile used: SAP1

 

Requirement: No of pallets to be proposed should consider the maximum volume or maximum weight of case.

 

Issue:

When we run the cartonization planning at delivery level.

While proposing the PSHUs, system is only comparing the maximum volume or maximum weight of pallet with that of outbound delivery weight or volume which is basically the product weight and volume.

System is not all considering any information from the level 2

 

Can anybody please give any pointers how to achieve the requirement.

SAP PP-EWM integration for backflush materials in 9.2 version

Hi EWM Experts,

 

I need you help in knowing How to configure below scenario
in SAP EWM

Scenario: PP integration with SAP EWM with for materials
with backflush indicator

 

Current set up.

 

I have 2 plants. Plant A and plant B

 

Plant A is manufacturing unit where Raw material warehouse (A1)is
attached which is EWM managed

 

Plant B is a planning plan where Finished goods warehouse
(B1) is attached which is also EWM managed

 

I am creating process order in plant A for manufacturing finished
product. Finish product BOM consists of SFGs and packaging materials which are
EWM managed

 

What I want to do:

 

Create process order in Plant A by maintaining plant B as
Planning plant. Once process order is released, I am doing EGR in EWM managed
finished goods warehouse which is B1. At the same time, PMR is getting created
in RM warehouse which is A1. I did the configuration in Warehouse A1 as
suggested in SAP’s advance production integration documentation. As per
configuration, I can see Finished product in PMR as ‘receiving product”. Now I
want to stage SFGs and Packaging materials. I am able to stage SFGs using NWBC
staging menu however unable to stage packaging materials as  they have backflush indicator. When I try to
create staging proposal, WT is not getting created. It is giving me error that
WPT are compatible with document category PWR.

 

As per SAP suggestion, I have assigned PCCO staging methods
to packaging materials.

Moreover, as per SAP documentation, Once Process order is
confirmed (once finished product is received), packaging materials should be
consumed automatically with the help of DOG type outbound delivery from SAP
ECC. However I am not able to even stage packaging materials let alone
consuming it.

  Hence please let me know what am I missing in config like
what should be staging indicator for packaging materials (with Backflush indicator)
while creating control cycle? What should be process type for creating staging
WT?

Source storage bin wrongly determined in Wave

Hi,

 

I am working on an outbound scenario. Wave is correctly determined but when I checked the log, source storage type/ storage bins  are wrongly fetched hence warehouse tasks are not getting created.  I am not sure where to look to fix this issue. Can you please help

PPF Action not triggering in warehouse order

I am  working on ppf  actions.My  requirement is   print warehouse order  at the time of  warehouse order confirmation.

 

I have done the following configuration.

 

1. define condition table

2.define access seq

3.define  cond type

4.define determination procedure

5.assign determination procedure

6.create cond maintaince group

7.define ppf action profile-- /scwm/wo

8. define action defination-/wo_single

9. define  ppf conditions

 

When  i try to  print warehouse order , getting  error.I have  attached screen shot of   error  and  condition record maintained .

Hi,

 

IN POSC outbound process.

I am following 3steps

Step1: OB01 - Picking

Step2: OB02 - Packing

Step3: OB03 - Staging Area (Put away)

 

While creation of the warehouse task it is picking from the source bin OB01 task is creating properly, once it is confirm OB01 task at the same time system has to create OB02 task is in open status and OB03 task will be in waiting status.

 

in my case it is not happening, but the material is available at work center (/SCWM/PACK)

 

i  create new hu in work center, but hu is not getting storage process as well as external step in details1 tab.

so, i am unable to close the hu.

 

My product is without hu and i have defined storage process with auto w.task

 

So, please suggest me if there is any setup has to be done..........

 

and also please correct me if i am wrong....

Issue in Kit to Stock

Hi,

      I have configured the system for Kit to Stock. When I created an order, it has created one Inbound & Outbound delivery in EWM as expected. The deliveries should be also created in ECC. I checked the ECC system and I see the inbound delivery created but the outbound delivery got stuck in the queue(SMQ2) in ECC system. It gives the following error when I try to process it 'Error while determining ref.mov.type for WM via Table 156S: 601/X/X/ / /X/' . Can someone help me in resolving this?

Changing ECC Delivery after Distribution

Hi All,

 

We have a scenario here.

 

Inbound  and Outbound Deliveries distributed to EWM . We have set that Inbound Deliveries can only be distibuted after packing in ECC and That works fine.  Now when it distributed   wrongly  ( Incorrect packing)  to EWM , to correct the same, we click on 'REJECT" button on EWM - /SCWMIPRDI . It changes status as Completed for the delivery in EWM  but still unable to change/Delete the delivery in ECC ( getting  message as Delivery distributed so Display only).  We want to deletethe delivery  and create a new Delivery to packit corrctly then distribution happens to EWM .

 

Is it possible to chnage / Delete inbound Delivery in ECC even if we reject the Delivery in EWM ( Status Completed) ?
