Push data ECC to ewm

Hello,

 

I would like to push data from a z field I added to lips table from ECC TO EWM.

I enhanced the badi SMOD_V50B0001 and the method "EXIT_SAPLV50K_007" as described in the note 351303

There a sample code you need to implement which I did but I ma receiving an error when I try to activate the code.

"L_EXT-FIELD1" and "LS_DLV_ITM-DLV_ITM01" cannot be converted to each other in a Unicode system.

Did some one tried to apply this note?

do have a clue about this issue?

Inbound delivery: Overdelivery / sending process code I002 by ABAP

Dear experts,

 

following scenario: We have an ID with 100 PCs of a product. Overdelivery tolerance is 50%. We receive handling units with 30 PCs. We pack the first 3 HUs arriving (that happens via MFS so not via a dialog but by scanning on the conveyor). That makes 90 PCs. We pack the 4th HU with 30PCs. This is within the tolerance. So we are at 120 PCs.

 

The goods receipt and delivery confirmation to ECC will now go on error with the 4th HU. We can overcome this error by sending I002 in the inbound delivery before the goods receipt posting. This would adjust the inbound delivery to 120 PCs in both systems. Now with a 5th HU we would have 150 PCs and still be in exactly the tolerance limits.

 

So processing sequence would be: Pack HU, check if overdelivery happened, if so send I002, then GR.

 

First question: This looks all overly complicated! What we want is receive up to 150 PCs in 5 HUs. Can't this be reached easier?

 

Second question: In case this is the right process, we need to automate the sending of I002 process code. I ended up deep in the BOPF with the classes /scwm/cl_sp_prd_inb (Method: /scmb/if_sp_action~execute) and /SCMB/CL_BASE. What is the correct way to send a process code from ABAP?

negative stock in LS24-storage type 911- No open TO,TR, Postong change

/SCWM/MON - Warehouse Management Monitor - NEW

Experts,

 

I am trying to create a warehouse management monitor by warehouse level - new

 

I just copied the standard SAP monitor and assigned the warehouse

 

and also i changed define methods presentation to my warehouse and assigned my monitor by copying the standard SAP monitor

but when i run /SCWM/MON and enter the warehouse and new warehouse monitor nothing is appearing in the monitor nodes - empty

 

can some one advise what are the basic steps to create a new monitor , please take note we are in old version dont have customize monitor tree

Table Name for Quant in SAP-eWM

Hi all,

 

Good day, As we have a Quant Table name in SAP-WM and which we can see but Unable to find the Table name for the same in eWM for which Quant is Generated in the background which cannot be seen in eWM.

 

Let me know Quant number Table name.

Net weight issue while repacking with the new HU

Hello Friends,

 

The net weight of some of the Product has been maintained in system but when we repack while generating the new HU , there will be no net wieght information and because of this reason many times user has to do the same manually.Please assist me for this issue.

RFID Tag code generation

Dear Experts,

 

We have suggested a EWM-Auto ID based RFID solution for warehouse automation of one of our client.

 

The client is saying that they are not registered EPC code regulatory (for RFID Tag code generation).

 

Is it possible to work with EPC codes without being registered to the relevant authority? If yes than How?

 

Any suggestions are appreciated.

TR wrongly updated in Q-system

Hi Friends,

 

I have created new storage location which is EWM managed and exported that TR to quality system from development.But wrongly one location QAHD  got maintained instead of STIC.So could any one please assist on the same that how should i correct the same.

One WO for one outbound delivery

Dear Experts,

 

We have a requirement of creating one WO for each ODO at the wave release.

example Wave 1 contains ODO1 and ODO 2. Both the ODO contains the same items, same WPT and picked from the same bins. so WOCR determined for both the ODOs are same.

Release Wave 1 system should create WO1 for ODO1 and WO2 for ODO2

Is it possible in standard.

I am  working  on  acceptance sampling .  I have  configured  quality  management in ECC and  EWM . The  inspection  document is not created in  Inbound  delivery in EWM.

 

I have maintained   Inspection Rule , Sampling procedure  for product  (Screen shot attached ).

EWM System Config

ECC Batch Create/Change automatically in EWM

Hi All,

 

My requirement is whenever batch created/changed in ECC using  any transaction , the same changes should reflect in EWM , i don't want to run batch CIF jobs more frequently for this.

 

Is it possible to do that?

I have Maintain (OB01/OB02/OB03/OB04) is maintain but after staging the Goods a new open task is not opened for loading.

 

Please let me know if any Configuration is missing in storage type or in POSC steps.

Assert condition violated at Outbound delivery

Hi Experts,

I have created Outbound delivery at ECC side - got distributed EWM and got struck there with error Ässert condition is violated".

I have verified number ranges configuration at outbound node and looks everything ok to me. But, error is still existing.

Please suggest me what else i must take care to eliminate this error.

Distribution model error

Dear all,

I am new to EWM. i am getting below error while activating distribution model for my warehouse.

could you please help me? I already using Distribution Model view as 'EWM'

 

Method BUS2015.SAVEREPLICA exists in model view EWMCLNT400

Message no. BDDISTMODEL051

Diagnosis

A method connection with a client and a server can only be defined in several model views, if the validity periods of the model views do not overlap.

The method BUS2015.SAVEREPLICA has already been defined for client ERPCLNT800 and server EWMCLNT400 in model view EWMCLNT400, whose validity periods overlap.

Procedure

Change the validity periods and make sure they do not overlap. Then try to insert the method again.

Interfaces between ECC and EWM

HI Gurus,

 

Good day to you.

 

Need your valuable advice on the scenario below.

 

We have been using IM for ages. We are implementing EWM for the first time. Below are the concerns

 

1. all this while we are using Mvt type 103 and 105 for GR purpose including for return 104, 106 and 124.

2. it is well sync with SRM module

 

After EWM

 

1. instead of 103 we will replacing VL31N for INB to sent the data to EWM

2. return will be in EWM

3. PGR will be through 101.

 

Concern

 

1. any chances for us to use 103 to create the same data as VL31N to flow to EWM

special case system could not determine stock

hi expert,

 

i am new on EWM, this migt for stock removal strategy already configured and system runs well for long,

 

 

is very strange i meet an issue with logs below, seems no problem everything found but not the stock.

 

Storage type search fully defined: No entry found

Storage type search with wild card: Search sequence PIC1 and rule FIFO found
