How to trigger a print functionality through RF screen in EWM? We have HU Create function in RF screen. Is it possible to trigger printing of newly constructed labels through RF? If so how?

Error during Quality Inspection in EWM
Hi,
In EWM, I am trying to enter a Quality Inspection result for my customer returns via /SCWM/QINSP.
However, when I select a Decision Code (for example SA), the system immediately displays the following error message:
Unable to create the element; check configuration
Unfortunately, I'm not able to see any more details, because the transaction is terminated when I click on the error message.
Any ideas on how to solve this?

Reverse confirmation of Putaway task
Hi ,
After confirming a Putaway Warehouse Task, can we reverse this process? We have cancel picking process in Outbound . Do we have similar in Inbound .
I want to reverse GR process, but to reverse GR we need to reverse confirmed task first .

EWM Client Copy
Hi Experts
Does Client copy work in EWM?
As we copy whole client in ECC for training or any other purposes, can we do the same in EWM? Does it work?
Why am I asking this, as logical system will be difefrent in new client and all the integration done between clients and business partner in EWM will have reference of old logical system.
Has anybody tried this?

EWM - Full stock Removal
Good morning,
Is it possible to configure a full HU stock Removal strategy for a picking process in a EWM scenario?
What we try to do is to pick a full HU from a bin even though the delivery quantity is less than the HU quantity.
Example:
Delivery quantity for picking process; 3 units of product A.
In our storage type we have a storage bin with several HU's of this product A. For example, 10 units of product A per HU.
During the warehouse task creation, the system should take a whole HU instead of only 3 units from an HU.
We also would like to update the delivery quantity to the HU quantity picked.

Same HU for 2 clients in the same route and same unloading point?
Hello all,
We have an issue for 2 different clients in the very same adress: Both have the same unloading point in the same route, but materials cannot be packed in the same HU.
Client 1 - Distribution Route A, unloading point 1
Client 2 - Distribution Route A, unloading point 1
If try to repack 2 items in an HU, we get error message: "different clients cannot be repacked in the same HU". What we are doing now is to create 2 diferent HU, one for each and then palletize both in a multi-customer HU.
Where can this option be trigered: 1 HU (not palletized) for 2 different clients

SCM 7.0: sapinst want to install livecache- but is not needed ?
I am just installiing SCM 7.0 from installation master DVD. We want to use SCM for Extended Warehouse Mgmt.
Wenn choosing
SCM 7.0 SR1
-> Application Server ABAP
-> Central System
sapinst asks for
a) livecache database software owner (User: sdb, group sdba)
b) Livecache SW installation directory: (/sapdb )
I don't want to install a livecache !!!
According to the overview documents (livecache overview) of SCM-technology site

the livecache is optional for our scenario:
Within SAP SCM 7.0 only SAP APO (exeption: SAP SNC Customer Collaboration
Scenario could run with liveCache) requires SAP liveCache Technology and,
depending on the business process, an Optimizer (optional). The other application
components (SAP EM, SAP SNC, SAP F&R, SAP EWM) do not require liveCache or
the Optimizer.
Any ideas ?

Is it possible to create WareHouse Product using CIF interface from ECC (Y/N)?
Hi there,
I have seen this issue being discussed in the past in the SCM community a couple of times, but I did not find a clear answer. Most topics were about 2 years old, so maybe things have changed.
My question is: Is it possible to create a WareHouse Product automatically using the CIF interface from ECC?
Our situation is like this:
Materials are created in ECC they are being transferred to EWM using the CIF interface. The EWM products are created fine, but we also need them to be created/extended as Warehouse products.
I have found a BAdi which is executed by the CIF Create-product-interface on EWM, where I actually can populate and add the structures for MATLWH and MATLWHST, but then the Product Creation ends in error in SMQ2.
My second question is then:
What is the best way to create Warehouse Products from existing Products? In other words, is there a BAPI or other FM which I can use in my own Report to create the entries in the /SAPAPO/MATLWH and ~/MATLWHST tables? I think a recording BIM can do the job, but I would create a job for it.
I tried /SAPAPO/DM_PRODUCTS_MAINTAIN, but this is also not working, or I do not know how to use it...
Has anybody solved this issue, or any new ideas?

ODO Net weight to be updated back to ERP
Hi,
There is a requirement for our client to update the net weight in ODO back to ERP. This is because they want to bill the customer based on net weight of the product and they don't want to do product weight x quantity every time.
Two questions.
1. Where is the net weight updated in ODO line item. Which table?
2. Is there any standard method to pass net weight of ODO to ERP delivery?OR is the only method is to do an enhancement and include net weight in EXTENSION queue container?

EWM: Update of Carrier Business Partner in Outbound Delivery Order
Hi,
We have a requirement to be able to update the carrier business partner in the Outbound Delivery Order. We can do this via the dialogue screen in /SCWM/PRDO. However we ideally like to do it within one of our programs we are using for Carrier Integration.
Does anyone know of a Function Module or Method/Class that could be used to update the values in the DB.

Status of pick, pack and load - EWM
Hi All,
I would like to know from which table or by using which FM can I get the pick, pack and load status of an ODO item? I tried using the /SCWM/ORDIM_C/O/L tables by finding out the corresponding wave. But, from these table I'm able to get the PICK and pack WTs but not able to get the staging WTs.

What happened to the SAP WM product section?
Hello Everyone:
My client has decided to implement SAP WM and i need to implement standard BI content. But i am unable to find any help /documentation for BI content on the help.sap,com site nor am i able to find any BI Content in Admin workbench -> BI Content -> PackagesSAP Netweaver BW system.
Anytime i search for SAP WM i end up with links to SAP EWM.
Has anyone else faced this situation?
Please share your knowledge if you are aware of what happened to SAP WM product.
I have opened an high priority OSS with SAP to give direction and it has been more than 24 hours and haven't received any response from SAP. Hoping there is someone in the forums who can assist.

/SCWM/PACK - Screen BADI Implementation
Hello,
i'm implementing a BADI for the standard /scwm/pack transaction. Well i created a new Function Group with the Screen 299 and the PBO. My Screen are displayed in correct Scanner. But i'm still not sure if this the correct way to do this.
So, do i have to create a new Z function Group for my coding
or
is there a way to enhance the standard package provided by SAP /SCWM/UI_PACKING.

Kit to Stock scenario is not working
Hi Experts,
I am working on Kit to Stock with creating VAS Order in EWM. I am facing with following issues:
1. Work Center could not be determined automatically
2. When I give Work Center KITS manually in VAS order, Outbbound Delivery and Inbound Delivery getting errored out.
Outbound Delivery being created with WCK1/KITTING (WCK1 - Storage Type with Role E) (KITTING is the bin) in 'Staging Bay' field where actually we supposed to have Bin from Storage type with Staging Area group role
Inbound Delivery getting created with Goods Movement bin as KITTING bin, here also this bin shouldn't have been there.
The settings I have set up are:
POSC has two steps: OB01 & VSKS (VAS Step)
VSKS is set with "Rule Based Determination"
Work center KITS is assigned to WCK1 S type
In Easy Access menu under "Define Master Attributes", Work Center KITS is assigned with WCK1 Storage Type/KITTING bin.
Packaging Specification is assigned with Level type KIT and External Step VSKS and performing entity 3 Warehouse.
I am not sure where did I set things wrong:
Can any one suggest me why I am facing below two issues:

POSC control - how can use in optimal way
Hi,
Requirement is as followed:
Case:1
product is packed into packed material. HU type is case.Ee have multiple products in the HU. At this time system has to go for deconsolidation process step and final putaway
Case:2
most cases the product is packed into packing material. all other HU types except case. This HU do not have multiple products. This HU should go to final storage type.
process steps are unloading , deconsolidation and final putaway of the products. For case 1 by maintaining HU type group I have achieved the expected results.
for case2: If I kept the HU type group empty I am not achieving the expected result.
If I maintain HU type group I can achieve the expected result.
For every packing material of HU type is difficult to maintain HU type group. Is there any optimum way to achieve this?

Time tracking in a work centre
Hi Experts,
I am staging components for a process order using a posting change request, due to this I am unable use VAS order in a production work-center (VAS order is applicable only for inbound/outbound deliveries),
But I would like to track time for the activities in a work-center , do we have any option to achieve this without creating a VAS order ?
