Here is our issue.
1) Create Puchase Order for External Vendor in ECC.
2) Create Inbound Delivery in ECC and assign batches. Say for example, I have 2 line items here and one line item is assigned with 1 batch and 2nd line item is having batch split with 2 batches.
3) Inbound Delivery moves to EWM and we Pack, create WT and finally do Putaway.
4) Once Putaway is done, Auto GR happens.
5) GR gets updated in ECC Purchase Order for both the lines in Purchase Order which is fine.
6) When I check Status of Inbound Delivery in ECC, Pack Status is C (Completed) and Goods Movement status is B (Partially Completed).
The reason for Goods Movement status as "B" is that, GR status is updated for item which has 1 batch and GR status is not updated for item that has batch split. My requirement is: GR status has to be updated for items having batch split in Inbound Delivery in ECC.
We checked Control Parameters for ERP integration in EWM system and changing these settings didn't help us resolve this error.
We implemented note# 2110118 and tested, but the issue still persists, meaning GR status is still not updated for items having batch split.
Can you please check and advise possible solution for this?
