Quality Inspection in EWM - Partly accepted scenario
Hello Everyone
I need help regarding partially accepted scenario. For example out of 10 Cases/Item XYZ of qty 10, 4 are good and remaining 6 are not good. Business wants to accept only those 4 and return remaining 6. In this scenario, how do we configure the follow up actions? Do we get item/quantity wise updates form ECC? I have maintained quality score 50 against decision and assigned below PTWP action to it. Whenever that decision code was used in ECC, it is properly updating inspection document in EWM. But EWM, is making the 100% qty as Accepted with follow up action PTWP.
- 1. Do we need results recording in ECC for this scenario?
- 2. Do we need to implement any BADI to select which Case/Item can be accepted/rejected?
- 3. Is HU mandatory for performing QI in EWM?
In the EWM system, I could not configure more than 1 follow up action for a decision code.

Inbound processing with POSC: Issues with WTs.
Dear EWM Experts,
I have configuered POSC for Inbound Delivery Processing.
POSC has 3 steps: Unload, Count, Putaway (IB01 / CNT / IB03).
To start with, I have distributed Inbound Delivery from ERP to EWM without HU. I created a HU by using Packing Functionality for Inbound Delivery.
The next step I did is to go to "Unload" Screen and created "Unloading WTs (Complex)" by selecting a HU. A WT was created. I confirmed this WT.
But the unloading WT has Soucre Storage Type= 9030, Source Bin = UNLOAD_01. Destination Storage Bin has also been determined from 0020 Storage type. Once I confirmed the unloading WT , the Goods Receipt, Putaway and Unloading - All 3 - status in Inbound Delivery was changed to "Completed".
I am surprised by this behaviour as the POSC had 3 steps and just by executing Unloading and Confirming the WT, all activities were completed for Inbound Delivery.
Wehether the system should have created 3 WTs, 1 per each activity? why unloading WT has destination storage bin from 0020 storage type? Is there some thing wrong with my configuration?
Tried to provide with maximum information. Please guide me through to execute a simple Inbound flow with POSC.

Warehouse Req . - Source and target data
Hi ,
System is not determining source and target data for WR .
I am not able to create WT .
Below settings are done
1. WPT is created
2.WPT is determined for Doc Type and Item Type
3.Specified Stock Removal Rule
4.Specified Storage Type Search Sequence
5.Defined Stock Removal Control Indicator
6.Determined Storage Type Search Sequence for Stock Removal
Still system is not determining source and destination data in WR.
Not able to create WT.
Guys would appreciate your support .

Inbound Delivery Tolerance
We are trying to activate delivery tolerance check in ECC for ECC-EWM integration. However we see that node in Logistics Execution -->SAP EWM Integration-->Extended Inbound Delivery Processing -->EWM Tolerance check based on purchasing document is missing in our ERP system.
Can you help us find the relevant node in ECC ?
For EWM settings we referred to the below library:-

Steps done to test-
1)Created PO for 10 qty. PO has an over-delivery tolerance of 30%
2) Created Inbound delivery with 15 qty.
3) Inbound delivery sent to EWM and EWM inbound delivery is
successfully created.
4) No value flown in PQTOT and over-delivery tolerance check failed.
We have done the settings only in EWM as we could not find node in
ECC which we suspect is causing tolerance failure.

Cancel picking error
Hello,
I tried to cancel picking for an outbound delivery order, but when i realeased the HU i get the next message /SCDL/AF041:
Activity "Delete Item" is not permitted; reason: status "Warehouse Act." has value "Partially Completed"
Any idea how to solve it? I want to release the HU so i can send it to ERP.

Change Business System after copy
Hi,
we refreshed one of our eWM QAS Systems. Means copied PROD to QAS.
Now we like to reuse all of our documents (deliveries) but these have still the assignment to the wrong buisness system e.g. in /SCDL/DB_REFDOC-REFBSKEY. Is there a standard report to change the business key after a system refresh?

Regarding Bulk behavior in PutAway
Hi
I am using Bulk Scenario in one my storage type, we have made config like one bin can hold 15 HU, but when system is creating tasks to bin then system is not taking 15 HU in one bin, system is creating tasks as mentioned below :
7 HU in Bin A01-01-01
4 HU in Bin A01-01-02
4 HU in Bin A01-01-03
Can you please suggest me that where is the mistake.

Print HU label - not yet saved to database
Hi Experts,
I want to print HU labels after packing inbound delivery.
Have created an own sched. condition, an own method to print (as I only need to create a text file for Bartender).
My schedule condition is like "HU has one item line" ;-)
When I debug, I can see, that the HU is not yet saved to database ( /SCWM/HU_READ has sy-subrc = 2 not found).
Means, not yet saved to database, will be saved later.
So my question is - how to get the not saved HU in my schedule condition?

Serial Number in putaway
Hello Experts,
I am working on serial number management scenario for putaway. I have done all the setup for serial number.I receive an IDN-->Create ID-->Post GR in RF-->Pack Product in RF -->Move it to intermediate LOSC area in RF-->Create Final Putaway task in RF -->While confirming system is giving error message Serail number specification is obligation.However i don't see any option to enter serial number.
Can you please help me ?

Finding Codes are not listed in input help - EWM Quality Inspection
Hi All
I have defined below objects
Catalog
Catalog filter
Finding type
Defect codes
Also mentioned catalog filter & finding type in inspection rule. However, when I create a finding in inspection document I am not able to see codes in input help. System is throwing error even if I enter manually.
Please help where I missed. Should I implement IF_QIE_CATALOG?

EWM - Issue assigning Inbound Delivery to TU
Hi All,
When i assign a Transportation Unit(TU) to an Inbound Delivery(ID), i am getting this error message:
"Transport planning data of TU 200000001556 and delivery 7712 do not match"
Message no. /SCWM/SHP_RCV545
I have created the TU and marked it "Inbound". Even though i mentioned the same means of transport in both TU and ID, the system still gives me the same error.
Anything else that i need to check to get rid of this message?

Subcontracting Process with EWM
Hi Experts,
Please help us if you have worked subcontracting process with EWM.
Right now we are able to receive finish good in ECC and EWM but we are not able to receive byproduct in goods receipt in ECC and hence in Inbound delivery of ECC. Further this can not be received in EWM as not in Inbound delivery.
The byproduct is already part of BOM and hence understand that it shall be automatically received in ECC with Inbound delivery creation and CIF to EWM.
Please give your insight on this and share document if you have. Appreciate your time.
