Hello Experts,
We are using batch management in ewm.
Batch is replicating from ecc to ewm but class and characteristics are not appearing in EWM.
In ECC
Class Type 023 created and assigned to Org.Area W to below tables :
MCHA
MARA
In EWM
Class Type 230 created and assigned to Org.Area W to table /SAPAPO/MATKEY and /SAPAPO/VERSKEY
We did CFM1 and CFM2 and check CL02 but class and chars are not replicating .
Can I get some clue where I am missing ?

error logs for CIF Master Data
Hey there!
Pls, I need your help..
I've integrated ECC and EWM systems and sent master data from ECC to EWM through transactions CFM1 and CFM2.
After executing some activities among both systems to confirm it was communicating fine, I created a background job following these steps:
1. deactivate all active versions of IM
2. delete all inactive versions of IM
3. create a new IM for CIF
4. activate the new IM
Afterwards, I've got an error log telling that "BP x already exists" (message R1286).
I tried to delete these BPs and the error logs were "Location x of type 1010 (BSG ZBUSGRP) already exists in APO" (message /SAPAPO/LOM060) and "No mapping entry for x 1010 ZBUSGRP" (message /SAPAPO/LOM007).
So, I'm going from an error to another.
Please, could you help me to solve that?

SAP EWM Slotting -Demand quantity for Slotting in Product Master
Hi Experts,
Slotting configuration done to determine putaway control indicator
Created one requirement type SO with two requirement indicators S1 and S2.
Assigned the requirement type indicator to requirement quantity indicator in SPRO
S1 with max value 500
S2 with max value 900
Demand quantity in slotting tab in product master is 700.
As per my understanding it should trigger requirement type indicator as S2 but it is always triggering S1 irrespective of the demand quantity in product master.
When we checked the logs it is showing as "Read requirement quantity step not active".
Your help is highly appreciated.

Doc Types and number range
Hi Gurus,
How the document types and number range works in ewm
Can we assign different ecc document type to single document type i.e
EL - INB
DIG - INB
SRCL- INB etc..
And can we make use of single internal/external number range in ewm for above combination.
Is there anything that we have to take care in ewm for maintaining number ranges for above combinations.

SAP QIE Process and smq2
Hello all,
We are using QIE process and have question around it. When GR is done in EWM it creates a inspection document in ERP and when usage decision (UD) is made in ERP will it auto trigger the posting change to move from inspection to destination?
Currently when UD is triggered we are seeing a message stuck in smq2 with description XBTS000XX, when navigated it goes into XI XML message error.
Have anyone gone through this situation?

Route departure date of ODO getting changed from TU / Shipment
Hi,
Route departure date (RDT) in ODO corresponds to Planned GI date of ECC delivery. However, observe that in many cases (not in all cases) , that RDT in ODO is getting replaced by 'Planned shipment end date' of ECC shipment . In this scenario, shipment planning is done in ECC combining several deliveries and that shipment becomes TU in EWM. SGOODSISSUE in corresponding item type (in path EWM->Interfaces->ERP integration->Delivery processing->Map date type from ERP to EWM) is mainatined as ' Do not confirm date / time'.
We do not want the RDT in ODO should not get changed i.e it should always correspond to 'Planned GI date' of ECC delivery.

what is principle of TR convert to TO ?
I Met a issue about the TR convert to TO. In our system, i found there has three conditions.
1. TR quantity: 30. Material Stock quantity: 30 + 25.
After scan the KANBAN, it will generate a 30 quantity TO.
2. TR quantity:30 . Material Stock quantity: 25 + 20.
After scan the KANBAN, it will generate a 30 quantity TO.
3. TR quantity:30 . Material Stock quantity: 20.
After scan the KANBA, it doesn’t generate TO. But through the program RLAUTA10 it will generate a 20 quantity TO.
But the customer doesn't want this 20 quantity TO. They want a 30 quantity TO.
So how to generate a TO with TR quantity??
How to Perform Storage Location to Storage Location Transfer for Storage Locations Assigned to 1 Plant and 1 Warehouse Number

Scenario:
I created a storage location to storage location transfer within the same plant using transaction code MIGO and Movement Type 311. Both storage locations are assigned to the same plant and warehouse number.
After that:
- I perform transaction LU04 which will in turn lead me to transaction LT05. This created a Transfer Order
- I confirmed the Transfer Order with transaction LT12
Issue: When I check the stock with transaction LS24, I see the following:
a. -1 qty at storage type 922 under the Available Stock column
b. Total Stock column at the destination storage location has been updated with +1 qty though
Did I miss a step to clear the -1 qty at storage type 922? I tried to look for documentations about this but was unsuccessful. Please help.
Auto creation of ID and ODO
HI Experts,
When the delivery (Inbound or Outbound ) distributes to EWM and creates ID and ODO respectively.
Query is: when we delete that particular order number - 'System generates same order with next number range'
Where this setting lies ?

How to group outb positions for creating tasks
Hi experts,
is it possible to group positions of same material for warehouse task creation?
Example:
One pallet has qty of 55
My order in ERP has one position of 50 and additional one with 5 (free of charge) - in sum it's 55 and one pallet.
When creating tasks, system wants to create 2 positions, one for 50 and one for 5 (so 2 times "case pick").
In sum it would be one pallet with 55...
I tried creating delivery groups for those 2 positions - fine, but the task creating is still based on the 2 positions, not on the group.

SLG1 error while distributing outbound delivery
I distributed outbound delivery and queue also cleared in EWM server.
But not able to see ODR or ODO in EWM system.
I checked SLG1 and it's shows below log. Not able to identify what could be the reason. I am trying to land first delivery in new WH in EWM server.

EWM Auto create pick HU for each Task on a Warehouse order
Dear Experts
We've got a specific need for EWM to automatically create Pick HU's for multiple tasks on 1 warehouse order.
Packspecs are maintained, with HU creation tick on in the packspec.
HU creation is also ticked in the packaging profile, as well as the "Assign HU's to WT's" tick.
But, the system only creates 1 pick HU for Warehouse Orders with more than 1 task. (system creates a task for each level qty of the packspec)
Any idea why the system does not create the other HU's? Any idea where I can look further? Cannot determine the issue from the log during WO creation.

Different WPT determination for Inbound delivery
Hi Experts,
My client is using normal Inbound processing & POSC Inbound processing, but now I'm unable to determine two different WPT's.
Can any one tell me how to do this ?.
The solution should be apart from WPT process code.

Capacity check in the storage bin
Dear Gurus,
I have one query with capacity check against the storage bin, If we activate the capacity check as per key figure either product ,packaging material 'or' both, system can check weight 'or' volume.
Now I want go with the volume check.
Here , i have cubic bins with the Edge Length = 1 foot and volume is '1 cubic foot'.
If , i try to store a cylindrical shape product with base radius 0.51 foot & height 1.1 foot with the volume 0.90 ( approx) cubic foot, system can allow as per the volume check , since product volume is less than the bin volume.
But, in real, that product can not fit in the bin.
Is there any provision to over come this kind of scenarios ?
