Hi All,
When i assign a Transportation Unit(TU) to an Inbound Delivery(ID), i am getting this error message:
Message no. /SCWM/SHP_RCV545
I have created the TU and marked it "Inbound". Even though i mentioned the same means of transport in both TU and ID, the system still gives me the same error.
Anything else that i need to check to get rid of this message?

I have few queries related to exception codes and need help :
1. Unloading - How can we handle shortage, excess, and damage of HU at the time of unloading, SAP has provided standard exception codes HUAD (HU Additional), HUMI (HU Missing), and HUDA (HU Defective) .
When i am using HUMI then system is canceling HU warehouse task at the time of unloading, is it right behavior of HU but system is not reducing delivery quantity.
HUAD and HUDA is not working, please suggest how can i use these.
2. Putaway : which exception code i can use for unable to reach bin & Different Part in Bin (Requirement of business mentioned below)
Unable to Reach Bin - if binner is unable to reach bin then he will enter exception code, system has to block that bin for investigation and syste has to suggest next empty bin close to initial bin)
Different Part in Bin : Binner wants to put part X in bin A01 but finds different part say Y, in the bin, binner will enter exception code in task, System suggests new bin for part X. This will be based on the next empty bin which is close to the initially proposed bin.System creates a PID for wrong part in bin A01 for investigation.

I know posc process but our requirement is little different.
In our case user will decide to move the product to work center or directly moving it to final bin location .
Can we skip the POSC storage control ?
Here is my requirement
Step 1 :
IB01 - Door to GR-Zone (Auto WT - System determine)
Step 2 :
IB02 - GR-Zone to Work Center or GR-Zone to Final Bin Location ( User will decide )
If user moves goods to work center location then in only that case step 3 will come in picture else process gets completed in second step.
Step 3 :
IB03 - Work Center to Final Bin Location (System shall determine final bin location -Manual WT/Auto WT )
Kindly check and suggest if any of you have any idea and have come across such scenario.

Hi experts,
We have a return delivery created against a sales order returns which is HU managed but No HU is assigned in delivery also system is not allowing to manually assign HU hence can not create a Transfer order.
Kindly assist on how to tackle this issue.

Hello Experts,
We are using EGR for creating inbound delivery in EWM system.
During Inbound delivery creation system batch is getting created but fields like manufacture date and Expiry date fields are greyed out.
So were are unable to update the characteristics for the product in batch .
How to enable Manufacture Date & Expiry Date in EGR screen to input the values .

we have done linear barcoding, which is working perfectly in production server, now my client wants to migrate to 2D barcoding, we have developed a smart form to print 2D barcoding by using PDF 417, by concatenation of source bin, material, quantity and batch, but while scanning all the concatenated data in appearing in source bin(LM03) and it is giving error as no source bin exist. please help me how to decode the concatenated data for each field, i.e, after scanning the data all the concatenated data should seperated and should appear automatically to their respective fields in LM03, please help me what are the settings to be done in mobile data entry(LE) as well as in abap (smart form). in mobile data entry in have assigned EAN-128 in application identifier type, please send me if any possible standard settings document for doing 2D barcoding to my mail id:pawansapmm@gmail.com.

Hi ,
We received shipment via door.
So there is always chaos at some door while some door remains free with out any shipment staging.
We are looking for any some solution where we can define capacity check at door level.
Whenever shipment staging goes out of tolerance it has to move to next door in sequence.
Same way how the material flows from one bin to other bin if there is no enough space.
Do we have anything like this where we can proper leverage and monitor the goods at door level.

System is not generating the IBGI(in ECC) immediately after OD creation even though doc type settings are set for this to happen.
But please note that the HU information is getting updated on outbound delivery in ECC.
Please note that when I set the Billing Req.Ty to "B Billing Document on Request" system is generating invoice in ECC.
So I believe all the pre-requisite settings are in place. But to mention them I did following setting in ECC & EWM. Please let me know if I missing something.
ECC:
1. Logistics Execution -> Extended Warehouse Management Integration -> Billing Settings -> Determine Invoice Before Goods Issue (IBGI) Indicator
Here I maintained IBGI relevancy as "D- Allowed but not Mandatory" for my sales document type & Sales org
2. Logistics Execution -> Transportation ->Basic Transportation Functions -> Output Control -> Define Print Profiles; Here defined a print profile ensuring that the naming convension is same as that of the profile in EWM. Also assinged application V3 to this print profile.
3. Logistics Execution -> Extended Warehouse Management Integration -> Billing Settings -> Assign Output Types and Printer to Print Profiles
Here assigned the output type with print profile defined in step-2 above
EWM:
1. Extended Warehouse Management -> Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> General Settings -> Set Control Parameters for ERP Version Control
here selected the option Invoice before goods issue possible.
2. Extended Warehouse Management -> Goods Issue Process -> Outbound Delivery -> Manual Settings -> Define Document Types for Outbound Delivery Process; Here in required document type of doc.cat FDO choosen option " A Billing Document Immediately"
3. Extended Warehouse Management -> Goods Issue Process -> Outbound Delivery ->Print -> Define Print Profiles for Delivery Processing
Here created a print profile whose naming convesion is same as that of the one created in ECC-step-2. Also in the print profile data defined setting for action "TRIG_INVOICE"
4. Extended Warehouse Management -> Goods Issue Process -> Outbound Delivery ->Print -> Define Print Profile Determination for Goods Issue Process
Here defined the above print profile for our Whse

o I have a scenario in STO that there is a additional HU on the truck but missing in IBD, we have planned to use exception code HUAD for the same, but I am unable to execute, I am getting a error saying cannot use the exception code. can some one help me with the steps to use the exception code HUAD in IBD.

But not able to see ODR or ODO in EWM system.

Define Item Types for Inbound Delivery Process
Define Document Type Determination for Inbound Delivery Process
Define Item Type Determination for Inbound Delivery Process
Map Document Types from ERP System to EWM
Map Item Types from ERP System to EWM
Also I have selected the INB document type INB in WPT determination .
Still system is proposing INBS document type and WPT is not getting determined .
Guys any check pointers where I can check and fix it.

Hi All
Can I do consumption posting in EWM system such that I will trigger consumption posting in ERP for a cost center with 201 movement type?
I have checked the transaction '/SCWM/ADGI' but, it does not have any such option in the drop down for 'GI Process'.
I have seen a node in EWM configuration at the node 'Interfaces -> ERP Integration -> Goods Movements -> Defind Custom specific movement types -> Communication EWM --> ERP custom movement types'.
But, I haven't seen any further controls for the EWM movement types given there.
Would you please help me if such thing is possible in EWM?
